How does Vitality work?
Once you become a Vitality member you are given Vitality Blue Status, with immediate access to numerous benefits to help you stay healthy and enhance your lifestyle. As you bring these benefits into your life (through simple health assessments and activities) you earn points that grow your Vitality status. Blue to Bronze, Silver, Gold and ultimately, Diamond are actually very easy to achieve, once you know how. The higher your Vitality status, the greater savings you are entitled to and the richer the benefits.
How can I join Vitality through Discovery Life?

Vitality membership starts at just R199 a month for a single member up to R269 a month for a family.

Discovery Life plans start from as little as R200 per month, while policies that include Vitality membership begin at R549 per month. Precise cover is based on factors like age, occupation and education. Just give us a few basic details and we’ll create a quote for you.
